Vintage embroidery Pillow slip

A while back my sister gave me some beautiful antique French coloured stripe linen which I haven't had the occasion to use. At the antique market hear I bought this boldy coloured vintage cross stitch. When i was tidying up my messy sewing room I picked it up and thought wouldn't that look great on that French linen! This is the result and I love it! My only regret is i didn't buy the other cross stitch as there were 2 of them, silly me!
