Adele's growth chart

 Really my house is 'growth chart lane'! I sem to make so many of them, I decided a while ago to blog those with varying colours and or themes so as not to be too repetitive! 

I made this chat a little while ago for Adele, she loves horses and cats. This chart was super pretty but unfortunately the camera was on it's way out so the photos are not great!
