Frufru frilly bag!

I don't know what possessed me Sunday but after Lucy's pretty headband I made this frilly little girly bag. It's very girly and over the top but pretty at the same time! Lucy's is always my best judge for what little girls like and she thinks it's gorgeous! I'd better make her one quick smart. I rouched fabrics and trim and then layered them on top of each other to create the skirt look. The handle is plaited fabric and wool.
