Different fabrics have been used to obtain different effects. This pouch is made with vintage hessian and embellished with antique trim, and embroidered with a lovely French theme. It is lined with a gorgeous French toile fabric fabric. It has a large vintage mother of pearl button and closes with a wraps of a pretty cord.
I bought your pouch pattern...I am obsessed with making them. I'm mostly using my quilting scraps because I've been a quilter for 10+ years. Where do you get your antique fabrics & trims? I'm located in Texas.
