Here is my latest project - Lulu's advent calender. I haven't finished yet but my sister Sas has been asking to see it so here it is unfinished. I still have to back it and add tabs so we can hang it. I didn't use a pattern just made it up as I went. I must say I'm quite happy with the result. The embroideries all came from different Japanese craft books. I used antique Italian cotton for the background, mixed linens some antique for the pockets and then embellished to my heart's content. Thanks for puting the photos up Rach!! Love it! I do Jamie's this weekend. I have a similar idea but a little different. Have drawn up my design so just need to start sewing!
