Sarah's Stitching Along- 37 Squares

I had totally forgotten my Stitching Along project until I found it the other day and decided to finish it. I probably haven't done all the squares that I agreed upon with Rach but that's because Jamie decided to give me very strict instructions on what he wanted me to sew including 'The Wizard of Oz' and 'The Cat in the Hat'. He has now given me the instructions to make it up into a cushion for him. I might get around to that tomorrow and will blog it when I am done. It's been fun! Rach and mum now need to finish theirs!

My square 18 is a gnome. This is one of Aimee Ray's gnomes which she made from clay (I think) and hand painted. Really gorgeous.

Sarah's Squares 15,16 and 17/36

The monster is my favourite! He is really cute and is based on the monster in 'Monsters Vs Aliens'- one of my sons favourite movies. The sheep took me ages- there are over 300 french knots in his body. I don't really like how his face turned out.

Mum is Stitchingalong as well

Mum started when we did but I haven't seen her to take photos of her work. She has completed 19 squares so far and if she does one for every life of her year she will have to do 65. I have added a few photos here and the rest of the photos are on Flickr.
